Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will not be refunded.
If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), the
deposit will be forfeited and the full appointment fee may also be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments.
In some cases, late arrival may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
